HABiol UV is a wood oil based on natural renewable raw materials.
HABiol supports the antibacterial effect of naturally occurring ingredients in wood, such as in pine, oak or larch. The multifunctional wood care oil for a professional natural wood finish.

HABiol tested wood preservative based on linseed oil for initial treatment as well as for the care of oiled surfaces for a particularly strongly water-repellent wood surface while preserving the natural properties of the wood. The wood remains breathable. HABiol slightly fires the wood, a silky matt surface is created the wood grain is highlighted.   
The main ingredients of HABiol are cold-pressed linseed oil and natural tree resins, which impregnate wood pores inside and thus largely prevent penetration of liquids and dirt. Deep impregnation preserves the natural character of the wood. Solid wood panels breathe, are not electrostatic and have an antibacterial effect. In addition, solid wood can absorb moisture and also release it when humidity is low. This, in turn, ensures a healthy indoor climate.
Well impregnated work surfaces increase the service life and preserve the natural character of the wood in the long term.
HABiol tested according to DIN EN71-3 safety for children's toys and according to § 31 LFGB approval for food contact materials. This means that HABiol can be used safely for children's toys and for food contact materials (e.g. wooden cutting boards, solid wood kitchen worktops, etc.). In addition, HABiol, due to its germ-reducing effect, significantly increases hygiene especially in hygienically sensitive areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and children's rooms, as well as for furniture, parquet floors and wooden toys.

Color shade:
HABiol Wood Oil UV is not pigmented and is therefore suitable for the treatment of all types of wood. The deep impregnation preserves the natural character of the wood.
Ingredients:
The basic ingredient of HABiol UV wood care oil is cold-pressed linseed oil. By adding natural resins, viscosity and drying accelerators (lead-free-cobalt-free), a higher distribution readiness is achieved.

Yield / Consumption:
Per liter of HABiol wood care oil, an area of about 15m² (for initial treatment) can be treated. However, the exact consumption depends on the condition and texture of the wood. In addition, the longer the wood has not been re-oiled, the higher the consumption as a rule.
For maintenance, you need about 5 g/m².
